As a dedicated QHHT practitioner, yoga teacher, birth and postpartum doula, and educator, my journey is rooted in a profound connection with my inner wisdom. It's a journey that has led me to serve others in a way that makes my soul sing as I have the opportunity to fulfill a mission close to my heart: to foster the development of a higher culture inspired by our collective Inner Wisdom. This culture is built on love, intuition, and conscious living. My life's purpose revolves around nurturing the body, mind, and soul for young and old alike through meditations, story-telling, circles, song and other fun!
